Digital marketing education is still a niche field in many countries, but it is booming in the United States.
That’s why, at the annual Digital Marketing Summit in Atlanta, N.S., we invited three top digital marketers to share their experiences and share the most effective ways to use digital marketing to boost their company’s bottom line.
“The first lesson we learned was that we need to build a platform to connect people with relevant information,” said Daniel J. Foye, CEO of the marketing digital company NSD, which was one of the attendees at the conference.
“People need to have a platform that can connect them with information that they need, and that can help them make decisions.”
A toolkit for digital marketers To make their platform accessible, the conference attendees created a toolkit to help people use their digital marketing skills.
For example, NSD’s Digital Marketing Skills Training kit includes a list of online resources to help you learn how to use a wide range of tools and technologies, including WordPress, Twitter, Pinterest, and other popular social media platforms.
The digital marketing tools are designed to be self-paced, and you’ll get a real-time assessment of how your skills compare to other candidates, Foyes said.
“We’ve always been focused on providing a platform where we can help people make informed decisions about how to move forward in their careers,” he said.
The conference attendees also created an interactive app for students to test their knowledge and gain insights.
It’s called the Digital Marketing Academy, and it’s available for free.
The app allows users to download and install software to analyze data and learn about a variety of topics, including: The pros and cons of using a social media platform and social media analytics tools.
