New hires to a digital marketing hiring team will make the hiring process faster and more efficient, according to the hiring agency that hired the new hires.
The hiring agency, iHire Digital, said Tuesday that it has hired five new hires for its digital marketing teams.
“IHire is excited to have these new hires on board as we continue to make the transition to a world of digital and connected businesses,” said iHate Digital CEO and Founder, Alex Cappello.
“The digital business landscape is constantly evolving, and we want to be at the forefront of helping our clients innovate.”
Digital marketing hiring in the United States is at an all-time high.
This year, iPay, the nation’s largest payments processing company, said it expects to hire 1,000 new digital marketing employees this year.
Other companies with new hires are LinkedIn, which hired a total of 6,000 digital marketing hires in 2016, and Salesforce, which said last year that it had hired 5,000 people in its digital workforce.
With the digital workforce growing by 20 percent annually, hiring more than one digital marketing staff at a time will help boost productivity, according a 2015 report by the consulting firm iHendricks.
